Here’s what to expect:

• Weekly Zoom Call during our 30 days (Miss a call? No problem, all calls are recorded.)

  • Sundays at 7pm

  • Feb. 15 and 22

  • March 1, 8 and 15

• Daily encouragement and guided journal practice

• Emails from me and Whatsapp messages

• Talk to each other on a private group chat (Whatsapp)

• Receive weekly video from me with exercises for the challenge

• Get access to the Vital 8 Video Library

• Help with individual goal setting and action plans
