The fog is your life situation, which includes the past and the future. The flashlight is your conscious presence, the clear space is the NOW. 

Learn to OBSERVE and direct the mind. Use the markers of breath, emotions and thoughts to guide you back to the present moment and out of the monkey mind. 

Let go of psychological time: obsession with past (regret) and future (anticipation); use clock time to get things done in REAL TIME.

KNOW YOUR VALUES and your heart’s desire. Run all big life decisions through your value filter. 


ALIGN your actions with what you truly value and know the joy of being.   “If it doesn’t bring me joy then it isn’t for me”


ACCEPT what IS.  Acceptance doesn’t mean you have to agree with it or even like it. It means that you are facing what IS head on!  Awareness is the first step to change.
