Cozy Retreat Center
Only 1 1/2 hours from DC and 20 minutes from historic Harpers Ferry, Blue Mountain Retreat Center is a beautiful, serene 9BR property with an open kitchen, dining room and living area. A calming atmosphere, bathed in nature. Steps away from the separate large but cozy yoga studio.
Daily Practice w/ Sue
Enjoy the benefits of a daily guided yoga practice including breathing, meditation and body rolling.
Free Afternoons to Explore
Friday and Saturday afternoon will be your free time to enjoy hiking, floating on the Potomac or whatever calls your name.
Healthy Food and Conversation
Delicious and nutritious family-style meals will be enjoyed together along with wonderful conversation.
Weekend Retreat price of $375 includes:

Daily yoga sessions plus guided evening yoga nidra
The retreat center has 9 dormitory style bedrooms. All cozy and with shared hall bathrooms. It’s a pajama party! If you want your own room let me know when you book your spot. Single rooms are limited first-come-first-serve.

Friday afternoon group flat water float on the Potomac $36 per person
Saturday Zipline adventure $96 per person
Massage appointments with Beth $85 p/hour
Bring your mat and Yamuna Balls (you will need to bring your foot wakers, Gold, Pearl and a set of black balls) contact me to purchase.
