Product Information and Links

These are the products that I personally use and have had success with. My goal is to provide you with information so you can make the best decision for your own health and wellness.

Perfect Amino - 8 essential amino acids (building blocks of life)

  • non-digestible so 100% available for body to use (without having to digest a dietary protein source)

  • no impact on insulin when taken alone in hot water or in black coffee (chocolate flavor) (so you can take them in your fasting window.)

  • You can take them in a fruit smoothie

  • Max. benefit: take them 30 minutes before or after you workout

  • The brand I like: Perfect Amino by BodyHealth

  • They also make an electrolyte/amimo combo - 2 in 1 benefits

Electrolytes - so important for boosting hydration and energy; helps with 4pm crashdowns and overall feeling wiped out

  • look for important ingredients: sodium, magnesium, potassium, trace mineral complex

  • BEST: go for sugar-free options (stevia sweetned)

  • I like LMNT - watermelon and citrus salt

  • Also again here the combo amino acid/electrolyte you can take in your fasting window from BodyHealth

Supplements - Nutrient deficiencies can cause exhaustion, fatigue and disrupt your sleep.

First thing you can do for your target healthplan is get a blood test. Consider going to a functional medicine/naturepathic doctor that can order the correct tests based on your reported symptoms. Also they know how to read the bloodwork results and MOST important, prescribe supplements and treatments that will actually help you heal your body naturally.

Deficiencies in the following nutrients have been linked to fatigue:

  • iron

  • riboflavin (vitamin B2)

  • niacin (vitamin B3)

  • pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

  • pyridoxine (vitamin B6)

  • folate (vitamin B9)

  • vitamin B12

  • vitamin D

  • vitamin C

  • magnesium

Also important to supplement: take in electrolytes as many of us are dehydrated and deficient in potassium, sodium and zinc

Here are brands/resourses I use (available on Amazon but got them originally from my functional medicine doctor.).

  • Perque, Now, Pure brands for specific needs based on my bloodwork

  • AG1 - hands-down my favorite and EASIEST way to get 75 essential vitamins, minerals and pre/probiotic whole food source

  • I get magnesium spray from Activation Products

  • Banyan Botanicals also great place to get products

  • For detoxing i use other super food powders (see detoxing page-coming soon if interested)

Mix up the way you take in nutritional supplements: sprays, powders, pills, liquid forms and creams helps with absorption rates.
