Retreat Price includes:
4 nights/3 full days of practice, activities and fun!
All meals/snacks/beverages/happy hour sangria and beer/campfire smores. You can bring any other alcoholic beverages/snacks etc.
Daily yoga/body rolling sessions, group activities, plenty of free time to hike, explore and rest
The retreat center has dormitory style bedrooms with private cozy individual sleeping pods with shared hall bathrooms. It’s a pajama party! Leave your glam at home :)))
Bring your mat and Yamuna Balls (you will need to bring your foot wakers, Gold and Pearl ball and your pump and a set of black balls) contact me to rent or purchase. If you have a silver ball and like to use it please bring it too.
