The Vital 8 program was born out of my ever-evolving daily practice over the last 20 years. This page is an easy at-a-glance page for my challenge groups.   1. Daily Devotion/Prayer - Work towards a more virtuous life. Cultivate a spiritual life and a personal relationship with your creator. Study, contemplate and pray. Fully absorb into unwavering belief and find your true self in the process

  2. Daily Journal Practice - self-inquiry; observe, contemplate, reflect

  3. Meditation - Become highly aware and not thinking. I AM mindset.

  4. Learn and Practice the PAUSE. Live the Power of NOW.

  5. Daily Mindfulness - Active Witnessing in Everyday Life - become a watcher of the thinker, the feeler and the doer 

  6. Life Learner - read, study, listen to experiences and trusted teachers, podcasts, documentaries, continuous learning keeps us evolving and growing

  7. Learn how to breathe - controlling the breath is a prerequisite to controlling the mind and the body

  8. Exercise - ya gotta move! 

  9. Proper nutrition and hydration

  10. Rest, relaxation and SLEEP

  12. Goal Setting - give the mind/ego something positive to work on.

  13. Relationships/Community - Find people who love and support you no matter what. Without relationships what is the point? We are here to love and serve each other. How we show up for each other is what matters.
