We ask so much of them yet do so little for them. The fact is we all need to work on our feet. The feet set up the health of our entire body. Achy, weak feet can cause problems in your knees, hips and beyond. 

Yamuna® Foot Fitness is a self-care method you can learn to do yourself. In this class you will learn exercises and routines to prevent and correct common foot problems like bunions, hammer toe, neuropathies and plantar fasciitis. YFF gear will be provided for you to use during the workshop and will be available for purchase at a discounted price.
